Unpaid / Late Balances

All unpaid tuition from the previous year must be paid in full before a student will be admitted to a new school year. A $25.00 late penalty will be assessed for all payments received after the appropriate deadline date. If the payment and penalty are not received within (7) seven days after the due date, the account will be considered delinquent. At that time, the parent/guardian will be notified. A meeting with the School Finance Committee will then be scheduled. Saint Stanislaus does reserve the right to withhold a student's report card for a late balance or for non-payment of tuition.

Parental Responsibilities: If a family is experiencing "Financial Difficulties", or "hardship", they will be expected to contact Mrs. Janusz. An appointment will be made for a meeting to discuss the situation. Once a meeting has been set with the family, an alternative payment schedule can be arranged. All contacts will be kept in the strictest of confidence. Should financial difficulties occur during the school year, it is also the duty of the parent/guardian to contact us to help resolve the situation of tuition payments.
